Treatment Orientation

I have a cognitive-behavioral approach to evaluation, case conceptualization, and treatment planning. I have affirmed my expertise in this approach by becoming board certified as a behavioral and cognitive psychologist by the ABPP. I help my clients identify and achieve observable goals that are in line with their own values. These goals aim to maximize their ability to function in their family, social context, culture, and broader society. This orientation allows me to maintain an evidence-based framework and still have the flexibility to approach every client as an individual with a certain set of capacities and experiences.
